PayrollCentric Client Referral Program
Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 10/01/26
The PayrollCentric Client Referral Program gives eligible PayrollCentric clients the opportunity to receive client credits for introducing businesses that become PayrollCentric clients.
By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Eligibility
The Client Referral Program is available to active PayrollCentric clients in good standing.
PayrollCentric may verify a client’s account status before issuing any client credit.
2. Eligible Referrals
To qualify for the Client Referral Program, a referral must:
- Be submitted through an approved PayrollCentric referral method.
- Include accurate contact information for the referred business.
- Be submitted before the referred business becomes an active PayrollCentric sales opportunity.
- Refer a business that is not currently a PayrollCentric client.
- Be submitted with the referred contact’s knowledge that they are being introduced to PayrollCentric.
The referring client must confirm that the referred contact is aware of the introduction when the referral is submitted.
3. Existing and Duplicate Referrals
Businesses that are already PayrollCentric clients or active sales opportunities at the time of submission are not eligible.
If the same business is referred by more than one client, the first eligible referral documented by PayrollCentric will receive referral credit.
PayrollCentric will determine referral eligibility based on its internal client and sales records.
4. Successful Referrals
A referral is considered successful when the referred business:
- Signs an agreement with PayrollCentric.
- Processes its first paid payroll with PayrollCentric.
- Remains active and in good standing for 90 days.
Only successful referrals count toward the referring client’s cumulative referral total and corresponding client credits.
5. Client Credits
Eligible clients receive client credits based on the number of successful referrals they have made through the program.
Successful Referral | Client Credit |
1st | $250 client credit |
2nd | $250 client credit |
3rd | $500 client credit |
4th | $250 client credit |
5th | Up to 12 months of free payroll processing, capped at $2,500 |
6th and subsequent | $250 client credit per successful referral |
The $500 client credit for the third successful referral includes the standard $250 client credit plus an additional $250 milestone credit.
The fifth-referral benefit replaces the standard $250 client credit for that referral.
6. Fifth Referral Client Credit
After a client’s fifth successful referral, the client may receive up to 12 months of free PayrollCentric payroll-processing fees, with a maximum total value of $2,500.
Eligible payroll-processing fees will be credited until either 12 months have passed or the total value of credits reaches $2,500, whichever occurs first.
Any unused portion remaining at the end of the 12-month period expires and has no cash value.
7. Applying Client Credits
Client credits are applied to the referring client’s PayrollCentric account.
Client credits:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be transferred to another individual, business, or account.
- Apply only to eligible PayrollCentric fees as determined by PayrollCentric.
- May be combined with other eligible PayrollCentric discounts or promotional credits.
Client credits are subject to verification and approval before being applied to the client’s account.
8. Referral Verification
PayrollCentric may review each referral to verify eligibility, attribution, client status, successful conversion, and applicable client credits.
PayrollCentric may request additional information when reasonably necessary to verify a referral.
Referrals that do not meet the program requirements may be determined ineligible.
9. Program Changes or Termination
PayrollCentric reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Client Referral Program, including its eligibility requirements and client-credit structure, at any time.
Changes will not affect client credits already earned before the effective date of a program change, except where otherwise required by law or these terms.
