From the Founder: Upgraded Payroll Services
Over the last 18 months, we have been diligently working to upgrade our payroll service offerings. Our goal is to provide our clients with tools that will save you time, make the payroll process more efficient, and simplify your experience.
We are excited to announce that we have upgraded our payroll system, named Dash, with great new features!
My favorite new feature is the ability for you to access payroll reports for previously processed payrolls on demand. Dash houses payroll reports for you to access at your fingertips so you never have to call and ask for a payroll report again. This includes your quarterly returns and your W-2’s/1099’s.
With Dash, you can access your employee’s year-end forms, i.e. W-2’s, 1099M’s and 1095-C’s, and print instantly!
In fact, for those of you that utilize our Employee Self-Service (ESS), our upgraded ESS gives your employees the ability to print their own W-2/1099M/1095C, at any time, without having to ask you!
In addition to the employee taxes, the Pre-Process Register now displays employer taxes so that you can properly budget for each payroll prior to submission.
For those of you using our timekeeping system, you can now access Swipeclock right within Dash! Once all timesheets are approved, simply click the “Swipeclock Import” button and your employee’s hours are sent directly to payroll.
