We take great pride in a experienced, highly-trained payroll staff, which includes Certified Payroll Professionals. As a member of the APA, the IPPA & the TPG our employees are expected to complete extensive and continual training that teaches the fundamentals of payroll and prepares them for certification. As our industry is ever-changing, members of our staff attend four annual payroll conferences each year.
Bahaa began his payroll career in 1995 when he accepted an entry level payroll position at Paychex. As he moved up the corporate ladder, he recognized his passion for serving his clients was overshadowed by big corporate bureaucracy. This realization paved the way for what became PayrollCentric’s vision: To be dedicated experts to our clients.
Bahaa values family above all. He is a husband, a father, a son, a brother and a loyal friend. He loves to fish, bbq with his loved ones, serve the youth at his church and support his alma mater, UCLA.
Carole Hawks joined PayrollCentric in June 2022 as the Director of Operations. She brings with her over 25 years of payroll service bureau experience, having started out as a payroll specialist and working her way through implementation, various supervisor and upper management roles.
She is driven to build strong teams, helping people grow, and achieve their full potential. Her primary objective at PayrollCentric is to develop stronger relationships with our clients, to understand their individual needs, and provide the service to fit their needs.
Carole’s home life is filled with spending time with her husband Steve, their two dogs, Sammy and Wyatt, and their cat Finn. She enjoys relaxing by the pool, grilling and binge watching her favorite TV shows.
Angela started in the payroll industry in October 1994, and over the span of her career has worked at both large corporations and family-owned businesses.
She has held various positions throughout her career with experience in Tax Filing, Compliance, Implementation and Cash Management. Her different roles allow her to understand the process from hire to retire, which also provides the opportunity to work with a broad range of industry experts.
Angela joined the PayrollCentric team in March 2021, and currently oversees the Tax Filing and Cash Management departments.
In her downtime she enjoys “glamping” and traveling.
